Spotted something that needs correcting?

Please include the page address and the detail you think is wrong. If a retailer has changed a price or specification, a link to its current listing will help us check the update. Do not send payment information, passwords or identity documents.

Questions about an order

Contact the retailer you bought from for payments, delivery, cancellations and returns. We do not have access to retailer order systems and cannot change or refund an order.

Privacy requests

Use “Privacy request” in your subject line and explain what you would like us to do. Please only send the information needed to understand your request. We will respond under the applicable data-protection requirements.

You can suggest a product at the same email address. A suggestion does not guarantee inclusion. Paid placements, samples or affiliate relationships will be disclosed when relevant.
