Your data, explained.

Needlessly Good is published by 2fatprints, responsible for the personal information handled through this site. Contact 2fatprints@gmail.com for privacy questions or requests.

Information you choose to send

If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any details you include. We use them to answer your enquiry, investigate corrections and manage relevant follow-up. Our basis for ordinary enquiries is our legitimate interest in responding and operating the publication. We may also process information to comply with legal obligations or handle legal claims where applicable.

Enquiries are handled through Gmail. Google processes information in providing that email service; see Google’s privacy information. We plan to review resolved enquiries after six months and delete information we no longer need, retaining records longer only where an ongoing matter or legal requirement makes this necessary.

Saved finds and preferences

The site stores only the following preferences in your browser’s local storage. These values are not uploaded to an account, sold or used for advertising. There is no login, registration, mailing list, contact form or payment collection in this launch version.

Hosting and technical information

The website is hosted by Vercel. Requests may involve technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, timestamps and browser information to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and diagnose failures. Our basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website.

For the planned standard Vercel Pro setup, runtime diagnostic logs are available for one day, with no log drains or additional observability retention enabled. This is not a limit on all Vercel records: other operational, security and service information is retained according to its purpose, applicable obligations and Vercel’s privacy notice. Vercel may process data in the United States and other countries using the safeguards described in that notice. Details about the provider’s processing and international transfers are available in its privacy information.

Advertising and third-party links

This version does not load analytics, advertising pixels, social embeds or AdSense. It sets no application cookies. Product links lead directly to retailer websites without affiliate tracking. We use a no-referrer link setting, but the destination necessarily receives your network request when you visit it and applies its own privacy and cookie practices. We cannot control those separate sites.

We will update this notice and introduce any necessary consent controls before adding tracking or advertising. See our affiliate disclosure for the current position.

Your rights and complaints

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law gives you rights to access, correct or erase personal information, restrict processing, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and request portability where applicable. Contact us to exercise those rights. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Local storage you have cleared cannot be recovered from our servers because we do not receive it.

Changes

We will revise this notice when the site’s services or processing change and show the revised date. This notice describes our launch configuration and must be checked again before new integrations are enabled.
